Known to clients as Bee, Sarah Bashford (they/them) has spent more than a decade helping buyers and sellers navigate the Triangle real estate market.
With more than 350 successful transactions, Bee is known for strong negotiation, creative problem-solving, and helping clients make informed decisions. Real estate can be overwhelming, and Bee believes clients deserve clear information, honest advice, and an advocate who genuinely has their back.
A Raleigh native, Bee has spent their entire life watching the area grow and change. Their family has been connected to Raleigh through generations of builders, tradespeople, and landowners, giving Bee a deep appreciation for both the history of the area and the people who call it home today.
Bee's brain loves patterns, puzzles, and figuring out how all the pieces fit together. As an autistic ADHDer, they bring that same curiosity and problem-solving mindset to real estate, helping clients navigate everything from competitive offer situations to unexpected challenges along the way.
